A Rocha USA has worked in Nashville since 2012 to educate and inspire people to care for creation.
A Rocha projects in Music City assisted people in practicing conservation at home, including a pollinator-friendly garden project (in conjunction with local Master Gardeners of Davidson County, Cumberland River Compact, & Nashville Natives) that facilitated the planting of 100 pollinator-friendly gardens in Nashville yards.
Nashville staff and volunteers also redeveloped a creation care camp program, piloted for many years at several area churches. A Rocha’s Arts program, led by Sandra McCracken, was also born in Nashville and has featured songwriting workshops, artist retreats, as well as two albums of songs inspired at these gatherings.
