Brian Webb

Founder and Director Emeritus of Climate Caretakers

Brian is the Founder and Director Emeritus of Climate Caretakers.  In this role, he serves as a thought leader and a catalyst for projects aimed at mobilizing Christians to respond to the climate crisis.  Brian also serves as the Director of the Center for Sustainability and an Instructor in Environmental Studies at Houghton College, where he leads the college’s efforts to promote environmental stewardship at an institutional level. Under Brian’s leadership, the college has achieved a 32% carbon footprint reduction in just ten years.  Brian holds two master’s degrees, one in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University and another in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard Extension School. Brian enjoys a variety of outdoor activities—especially hiking, camping and birding, loves to travel with his family, and has a life goal of climbing to the highest peak in all 50 U.S. states. You can contact Brian at brian@climatecaretakers.org.
