Affiliated Projects

We partner with other organizations in the United States committed to following Christ through ecological conservation.

What is an Affiliated Project?

An A Rocha USA Affiliated Project is an independent, long-term, community-based project that aligns with the mission of A Rocha USA: To live our God’s call to care for creation and equip others to do likewise. We seek to cultivate fruitful and mutually encouraging relationships with Affiliated Projects as we communicate, pray, champion one another, and practically support mutual flourishing.

Our Affiliated Projects

Circlewood is a community of people based in the Puget Sound region of Cascadia committed to cultivating a more ecologically-conscious faith. They seek to accelerate the greening of faith through media projects, including the Earthkeepers podcast and The Ecological Disciple, education, the Circlewood Village, and partnerships.

Hakuhia’s Mission is to foster healing, restoration, and relationship between aina (land), kanaka (people), and Ke Akua (God). Born as a ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu, Hakuhia is stewarding and restoring 240+ acres of land once maintained as the Ko’olau Golf Course.

Roots Ministries brings sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices to an urban environment on the outskirts of Nashville. Their mission is to use God’s resources to educate youth and adults about God’s design and plan for creation care and people care. Following permaculture principles, they provide locally grown food for neighbors in need while respecting and healing the earth that feeds us all.

We are grateful for the good work of our Affiliated Projects!
